T-minus one day
Tomorro is my big day. I start my detox tomorro, However today I am under the weather again since i am battling the flu now for three days, I really hope i feel alot better tomorro because I am excited to begin. My head hurt really bad so nothing much to say. I look forward to all the support I can get and give. Thanks

I congratulate you on starting. I think it was one of the best things i ever did for my health. One word of caution, however, if you are not feeling better tomorrow you might want to postpone starting for a day or two. Sometimes you can have a healing crisis on the first day. You can feel fluish, nauseated and have a headache. I would hate for you to feel even worse. Good luck, congratulations and i hope you feel better.

I actually did begin on Thursday as planned, since I had nothing to do I just stayed at home and got more rest. Today I still feel good no healing crisis yet. LOL.
