Day 3

Wow to day was a really rough day. Does any body know what if you slept pass 8:30 in the morning, should I just begin at the next possible meal or play catch up during the day until I am on schedule? Also I am so full of drinking water and having the 12:30 meal I am really not hungry at 2:30 I am bloated with all the water and cant drink another thing so today I skipped the 2:30. Please some one help me stay on track. I also wonder if I can use honey at any time, I have a cough and honey and lime usually help. Thanks for any info and help. I am a little tired today so I am planning an early night after my 8:30 drink. Thanks all..
